I thought I’d start posting my weekend football bets when I get the chance. I am by no means suggesting I am some sort of tipster and that you should follow my lead, but he’s what I’m going to be putting a few quid on….
Man Utd & Chelsea Double
This might be a bet I put on regularly this season, you could argue that a Manchester double would be better, but I think Chelsea are pretty strong this season still and I fancy them to beat Stoke away. Utd also have a tough away game at Southampton, but again I think they’ll come out on top.
Lukaku to score anytime
Another bet I might do every week. He’s 6/5 anytime with BetFair which seems pretty good value to me.
Tottenham to beat West Ham to nil
Everyone is talking about what a tough game West Ham away is for Spurs, and they have lost this game two seasons in a row, which is exactly why I see a convincing Spurs win today. I don’t have any faith in West Ham repeating the feat.
Liverpool to win and BTTS
It’s a bet that regularly made me some money last year and although I am confident Liverpool will beat Leicester today, it’s hard to not see us conceding at the moment. Some money on 3 – 1 Liverpool might not be a bad shout too.
